You Might Be Thinking:

You Know...I Feel Weird Signing Up For This.  I Guess I Think I Should Be Able To Do All This Myself.....

Yep. I get it. I'm a do-it-myself-er, too.

But the creative process is complicated - it's a long hike through some very steep mountains - and it's not a bad idea to have a good trail guide and enjoy some extra laughs along the way.

So just try it - let's experiment and see if it works for you.

What If It Doesn't Work For Me?

Then I will cheerfully refund 100% of your money. No worries.

Will I Get To Ask Lots Of Questions?

Of course. There will be time for questions each week, plus opportunities to work with me one-on-one in front of the whole group.

This Seems Like A Lot In Just Six Weeks

This is the super-charged, ultra-condensed, lean, mean, fighting machine version of a workshop that normally lasts 12 weeks.  I wanted to be able to give you a powerful experience in a short amount of time so you could see real progress and get the most value for your investment.

Your browser may not support display of this image."I believe people from any profession or any walk of life would benefit from this workshop...all types of entertainers, retired people, students at colleges/universities, and new parents. Basically, anyone starting a new venture in his or her life would benefit from this workshop. I thoroughly enjoyed and learned from this workshop and will do more in the future. I'm glad I found out about it. My hats off to Samantha Bennett! Thank you so much for this workshop."

- Nancy Kay Hunt, actor

So, Are You A Coach?

Nope.  Some of my best friends are life coaches (and I am forever finding ways to borrow their great ideas) but I am not a certified life coach. I am not a therapist, counselor or doctor of any kind. I am a working actor, writer and teacher who happens to love creating practical ways to solve the unique problems of the creative genius.

What's Up With The "Satisfaction Guaranteed"?

So far, I've had 99.999% of my clients LOVE this process, and they also usually become rabid, raving, proselytizing fans (thank you for that :). In over ten years, I've had exactly one person who didn't absolutely love it, and, as per my policy, I refunded her money. Cheerfully.

What if I Can't Make The Calls?

No problem. The recordings and worksheets will be posted on my website and you can download them anytime.

I'd Like To Do This With My Friend...

Absolutely. This work can be amazingly powerful when done with friends, family members, spouses, partners or work teams. Just remember to keep your eyes on your own paper :)

I've Taken This Workshop Before - Why Would I Take It Again?

Well, I can't speak for you, but I can tell you that I've had a lot of people take this course twice (even three times) and they seem to get something new out of it each time.

Many say they were able to go much deeper and have a more profound experience the second time. Some people just find it to be a good workout.

I also know that I've been teaching this material for over ten years now, and I never get bored. It's different and amazing and revelatory every single time.

FYI: Here Are Some Of The Worksheets We'll Be Using...

  • The "Feeling Overwhelmed" Prioritization Worksheet
  • Money And Time, Seriously
  • Looking Under The Rock: What's Been Holding You Back?
  • It's Who You Know...And Luckily, You Know All The Right People
  • Teaching Our Shadows Grace
  • Get It Out There: Marketing That Feels Really, Really, Really Good
  • The Hallmarks Of Joyful Ease
  • My Heroes: Accessing Your Best Self

Do You Offer Any Discounts?

The price of the work is the price of the work, so, no, there are no discounts. I will, however, finance you: so if, for example, you want to pay me $39.50 a month for the next ten months, that's OK with me.

I never want anyone to not do this work because they think they can't afford it. I also know that investing in yourself is an act of great power.

If you need to make special arrangements to pay, or if you would prefer to pay by check, just email me at Samantha_Bennett@ TheOrganizedArtistCompany.com and we'll figure it out.

Intuitive.  Insightful.  Genius.

Let it out of the house already, OK?

You're done pondering.  It's time for ACTION.

I Know You Can Do It, Because Here's What Other Get It Done Alumni Have Accomplished:

- wrote three screenplay treatments in six weeks
- started own business (made over $5000 in the first month!)
- conquered fear and took first steps towards an acting career
- started writing poetry again (after 20 years!)
- created text and drawings for children's book
- completed complicated legal procedure
- took "mother-may-I-giant-steps" in building relationships with casting directors
- obtained meeting with Academy Award-winning director
- created a workable (even lovable!) diet and exercise regime
- devised a year-long creative/business action plan
- mounted one-person show (yes - the whole show - in just six weeks!)
- created demo cd
- found "dream" job
- established good writing habits, wrote three short stories
- determined true goals (beyond materialistic goals)
- completed show bible and first draft of cartoon pilot
- purposeful introspection led to life-changing insights
- made a phone call*

*don't laugh - we've all done it - that phone call that you want to make and then too much time goes by and you feel like you can't but you know you must... And, BTW, once the participant made that call, the participant's career took off like a rocket in a totally new and exciting direction.  (So, what phone call do you need to make today?)

Nov 18, 2010 11:49 PM

Worksheets and Webinars. Sorry but I can't choose. Both helpful in different ways.

2

Nov 18, 2010 11:53 PM

The structure to name and think about and work on what I wanted to accomplish

3

Nov 19, 2010 1:52 AM

The ecouragement and relief that I am not alone in the creative process, that as artists, we resonate to a different beat, have our own rhythms and don't follow the crowd. Especially helpful in hearing others sharing their challenges as well

4

Nov 19, 2010 12:17 PM

I enjoyed the handouts, working in advance and then reviewing during the phone call.

5

Nov 19, 2010 1:07 PM

You! You're brilliant. And I love the worksheets, too.

the weekly project tracking

8

Nov 21, 2010 4:59 AM

The various worksheets (sorry there was not enough time to get into them in depth in class.) The Weekly Project Tracking worksheet was especially interesting and "different" from what one might have expected. Loved the "just do 15 minutes a day" part -- what a sigh of relief. This took much of the overwhelm out of the project!

9

Nov 22, 2010 1:32 AM

Realizing that there are a whole lot of folks out there who share the same struggles. challenges.

10

Dec 1, 2010 1:38 PM

The chance to focus on my ideas and see my process through new eyes.

Nov 18, 2010 11:49 PM

Would have liked more in depth feedback on my emails.

2

Nov 18, 2010 11:53 PM

Some parts of the calls were not as useful when people talked to long about personal things without a purpose. But that's OK, you never know -- you did a great job of extracting points they were making and generalizing things that could be of use to others.

3

Nov 19, 2010 1:52 AM

That I couldn't participate fully

4

Nov 19, 2010 12:17 PM

I didn't care for a couple of the handouts - Too confrontational and not my style but I just set them aside and focused on the others.

5

Nov 19, 2010 1:07 PM

Listening to others give their answers to the worksheets, even though you were brilliant at using what they said for "teachable moments." As I mentioned, I always learn from your comments to them.

6

Nov 20, 2010 12:27 AM

The fact that I kept missing the live calls! *ugh*

7

Nov 21, 2010 4:59 AM

Nov 22, 2010 1:32 AM

So, what did you "Get Done"?

Response Text

1

Nov 18, 2010 11:49 PM

Lots of insights like how to be more gentle with myself and give myself more credit. Progressed several steps with Jewelry, clarified and solidified that Community should be my first goal, feel more hopeful overall, learned some valuable tools that I can continue to use for both personal and entrerpreneurial growth.

2

Nov 18, 2010 11:53 PM

I created space in my life, and then watched how I filled it pretty much right away. I spent six weeks really looking at how I choose to spend my time. I also discovered "human design" which is a way of seeing how you are essentially meant to be and it is sparking a possible future work interest for me. So it has been a rich time.

3

Nov 19, 2010 1:52 AM

I realized that I was doing better than I expected having followed my heart always and followed through on all actions taken

4

Nov 19, 2010 12:17 PM

Began writing 15 minutes a day Prioritized projects Looked at ways to increase income/revenue

5

Nov 19, 2010 1:07 PM

30,000 words on my novel and more work on the rewrites of my memoir.

6

Nov 20, 2010 5:02 PM

started a non profit for women

7

Nov 21, 2010 4:59 AM

Got a better grasp on how to look at (view) and deal with my project. I repeat: enjoyed that 15-minutes-only part -- and the 15 minutes of doing something fun NOT on my project was delightful! Will continue on with that -- i.e., playing w. my color pencils in a sort of "psychedelic art" coloring book I've had since the 70s (no kidding!) Most exciting achievement so far: Actually getting clear (no more mystery!) on how much it would cost to get my books(s) out there via POD.

8

Nov 22, 2010 1:32 AM

Narrowed down, focused on a smaller project so I COULD get some things done. I have some new good habits.

9

Dec 1, 2010 1:38 PM

I got done a lot of clearing and re-focusing on my goals. It felt like an important spring clean of my creativity.

Anything else you'd like to say?

I want to echo what many have said already. Of all the gifts, tools and valuable insights you have given us, the most powerful is your own humility and your encouragement to be gentle on ourselves. The fact that you so obviously live this concept in your own life gives it a powerful authenticity. Seeing your incredible almost “auto” positive response to things and knowing that you came from being someone who put the same whips and chains on herself as most of us, gives me a real belief that it’s possible for me too. Your approach, your insights, are nothing less than amazing. You are just so positive and have such great ideas and insights at every turn, for every problem, on every level. I felt cared for, uplifted, and hopeful and the epiphanies were going off like popcorn in the background every time you talked. Thank you for doing the work you’ve done on yourself to get to this place where you can give so much to all of us. Incredibly grateful for your existence.

Nov 18, 2010 11:53 PM

You remind me so much of my older sister! It is occasionally hilarious (just the similar wording, tone, affect and response). I love her, so it is a good thing :-) Please keep on with your work. I got a lot of good gems out of this class and the procrastination call as well. I feel altered/changed.

3

Nov 19, 2010 1:52 AM

thanks so much for your wonderful work and clear-concise guidance

4

Nov 19, 2010 12:17 PM

I might be interested in taking the workshop again later - possibly in the winter months (Jan. or Feb.) Sam has a very succinct style which was refreshing. I like this particular class because it is offered during the day. I have more than enough options for calls during the evening but few during the day.

5

Nov 19, 2010 1:07 PM

I don't do Facebook. I've spent years avoiding it, so won't be joining the Facebook group. But I would be open to something like a Ning forum.

6

Nov 20, 2010 12:27 AM

I just want to extend my continued gratitude to you, Sam, for your steadfast support of "our" work. The Professional artistic world needs your presence. It can be a dry dry place out here. You are cool water! I love you so!

7

Nov 20, 2010 5:02 PM

I would like a weekly continuing program.

8

Nov 21, 2010 4:59 AM

You're a delight, Sam -- the proverbial breath of fresh air (and a well-seasoned one at that.) Yeah, I s'pose that's a mixed metaphor... I love the light-hearted, non-controlling way in which you approach your teaching(s)... I especially appreciate that you're well-educated (well-versed) in the various self-help and spiritual-development disciplines.

9

Dec 1, 2010 1:38 PM

Sam - you gave me a thread to follow and keep following, through thick and thin! I feel that I married and moved in with my creativity! I consolidated what had been a casual relationship. So for better or worse, here I come!

If you said, "Yes" to the above, please write out how you'd like that to appear, including your website if you'd like me to post your link. Or if you'd like to discuss this with me first, please write "call me!" and give me your phone number.
